JKP was established over 20 years ago with the aim of providing jigs, fixtures, tooling and manufacturing aids to the Aerospace and Defence industry.
We supply into and work with major aviation company's, whether it be on the development of new machining techniques and workholding, or on fixtures and tooling for engine component manufacture and airframe assemblies.
We are able to interpret and work from complex 3D models to produce tooling and components in a wide
variety of materials ranging from aluminium alloys, titanium's and heat resistant super alloys.
Automotive
We work for several UK based automotive manufacture motorsport and also Company's that supply components into this sector.
We supply production tooling across the full spectrum of automotive manufacture, whether it be tooling for the bearing industry, jigs, fixtures and automated handling equipment for production assembly plants.
We are able to take existing tooling designs and enhance them to meet the desire for greater efficiency and production output.
Biomedical
Providing biomedical solutions, jigs, fixtures and tooling to the medical industry, whether it be companies involved in producing medical consumables or orthopaedic and body implants, JKP has achieved a high level of understanding, knowing what is required to sustain and improve production, helping our customers enhance their production methods alongside aiding them develop new products from prototype through to full production.
Food
Whether it be food produced for human or animal consumption, JKP has an established history in this field offering to our customers a wide range of services from initial concept and design through to final manufacture, providing innovative production tooling, automation and handling equipment, pelletizing and extrusion dies, stainless steel nozzles, applicators and even food slicing blades.
Energy
Working largely within the renewable energy sector, JKP has been involved in many high level projects, whether it be by helping develop new wind power generation systems or high efficient electromagnetic energy recovery systems for automotive vehicles.

Sub-Sea Drilling & Exploration
Working with Company's that are involved in sub-sea exploration, whether it be in the drilling for offshore oil and gas or the exploration of the sea bed using submersible drones, the team at JKP are more than able to take your concept through design to final manufacture. Helping our customers to develop high pressure mechanical seals in materials such as super-duplex, 718 and 925 superalloys along with manufacturing drill head guidance systems (whipstock).
